Three-peat! National U-College of Nursing records historic 100% passing rate in June 2016 board exam

The National University–College of Nursing continues to soar high as it claims another 100% passing rate in the recently released June 2016 nursing board exam.

NU-College of Nursing also recorded a hundred percent passing rate in the May 2015 and November 2015 board exam, making the recent one its third consecutive perfect record, a historic first by the college.

College of Nursing Dean Leonora Concepcion is elated with the recent achievement the university and the college attained. “We are very excited and overwhelmed in this recent feat. This year, we revised and enhanced some of the policies and the grading system because what we were looking for, and longing for is not just a 100% (passing rate) but hopefully we can soon develop topnotchers.” Dean Concepcion said.

Dean Concepcion wants to thank the entire NU community for supporting the college and would like to share the accomplishment to everyone in the university. “We are one family in NU, ang tagumpay ng isa ay tagumpay ng lahat. This is not just for the (College of) Nursing, but for National University. All our sacrifices, our efforts and hardwork, this is for our university.” Concepcion ended.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), out of 14,184 hopefuls, only 6,183 passed the June 2016 boards. National passing rate is graded at 43.60%.
