The National University community takes pride in the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) accreditation of the Bachelor of Elementary Education program of NU Manila.

The FAAP is an umbrella organization of the three accrediting agencies (ACSU-AAI, PACUCOA, and PAASCU) authorized by the Commission on Higher Education and Department of Education.
