Sunday was a terrific day for National U. Last November 17, National U won four titles in the ongoing UAAP Season 82 after dominating the cheerdance competition and juniors’ volleyball tournament. NU-Nazareth School scored a golden double in the juniors volleyball after the boys and girls volleyball teams swept their finals opponents in both of their best-of-three title series. The NU Poomsae team surprised the UAAP crowd with their precise and improved sequence that sent them to the podium, finishing first runner-up over-all in the UAAP Season 82 Poomsae event held last October 14, 2019 at the Blue Eagle Gym in Quezon City. National University men’s badminton team successfully seized the rare six-peat in the UAAP Season 82 badminton tournament after sweeping the Ateneo de Manila University in their best-of-three finals series held last October 4-5, 2019. The National University Pep Squad are champions once again, after reclaiming the UAAP Cheerdance Competition title last Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
