The Silver Peak Group of Companies (SPGC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NU Lipa last November 7, 2023. SPGC owns and operates chains of restaurants including Hungry Hippo, Butch Restaurant, Shakey’s Restaurant, Ineng’s and Bo’s Coffee at several locations in Batangas province and neighboring towns.
