The BSTM students from NU MOA went to Microtel for their first hotel immersion as part of their training ground. They attended a session to learn more about the various aspects of the hotel that can be added to their knowledge. Additionally, they conducted a tour of the hotel, exploring its different areas to become acquainted with typical features.
