Dr. Leo S. Del Rosario is the OIC Dean of College of Education, Arts and Sciences and a graduate of PUP BPE year 2007. He has an MA in Educational Management from National Teacher’s College Manila and a PhD in Educational Management from Centro Escolar University Manila.

He’s a licensed Professional Teacher with over 15 years of experience and has taught at more than 10 universities and colleges. Dr. Del Rosario is a researcher and motivational speaker and has authored textbooks about Physical Education & Sports.

He is also a coach, trainer, swimmer, and manager of his own swimming team in Bulacan for over 10 years. He has held various positions at National University Manila such as Physical Education Coordinator, Bachelor of Physical Education Program Chair, and Graduate Studies Director.
