National University celebrates its 125th Founding Anniversary with a meaningful and memorable event at Lanson Place, Mall of Asia. Leading the celebration are Dr. Hans T. Sy, NU Chairman of the Board; Board of Directors members Mr. Teodoro Ocampo, Ms. Elizabeth Sy, Mr. Herbert Sy Jr., and Dr. Paulino Tan; NU President and CEO Dr. Renato Carlos H. Ermita Jr.; Executive Directors from NU’s 14 campuses nationwide; partners, guests and the special presence of the Jhocson family—keeping the legacy of the university’s founder alive.

The event is made even more special by the presence of the National University Alumni Federation Inc. (NUAFI) and the National University High School Alumni Association (NUHSAA), representing the proud graduates who continue to carry the NU spirit beyond the campus.

Also in attendance are NU’s valued scholarship providers and dedicated team managers, whose generous support and tireless guidance help nurture the academic and athletic excellence of the University.

The celebration pays tribute to Service Awardees with 5 to 30 years of dedicated service, as well as the recipients of the NU Outstanding Values Awards. It also highlights the achievements of the Don Mariano Fortunato Jhocson Awardees and Board Topnotchers.
Adding to the festive spirit are soulful performances by the NU Chorale and a high-energy showcase by the NU Dance Company—reflecting the excellence, creativity, and pride that define NU’s 125-year legacy.
