The National University Political Science Department hosts a symposium entitled “Good Governance: The Road to Democracy.” The resource speaker, Hon. Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV graced the students of political science and shared his knowledge on how good leadership shapes good governance, embodying the spirit of democracy. The said event was attended by NU officials, staff, and political science students.

Filled with enthusiasm, the students were able to raise questions about democracy and good governance, which were elaborately answered by Hon. Trillanes. His point of view, personal experiences, and academic insights have shed light on another side of the political science field that could contribute to the analytical background of the younger generation, who can be our future leaders.
