Learning Development Center
A “learning development center” is defined as professional environment that provides academic assistance for all students in developing the knowledge base, skills, and strategies that will help them to become confident, independent, and active learners. The center should provide a range of individual consultations, workshops, and programs to help students identify and develop the academic skills they need for success in their studies. Centers devoted to a sub-group of the study body will not be accepted.

| NU GSO LSi Tests (Learning Style Indicator) | Tests on Learning Styles were administered and interpreted by the Guidance Counselors in order to help the Professors learn about the Sections’ preferred learning style. |
| NU GSO Smart Chat for Probationary Students | Smart chats were done during enrollment on certain colleges to assist students who have concerns with their grades |
