Mr. Jose Ricardo S.A. Ocampo, or Boss Richie to the NU Community is Director for Administration for NU Laguna and Inspire Sports Academy. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Major in Behavioral Science and Minor in Communication Arts from De La Salle University. He worked on his further studies in the same university, taking Master of Science in Psychology, major in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

He is an experienced Business and Training consultant and was part of Next Step Training and Consulting, Inc. and Roadmaps and Beyond, Inc.

He is a passionate athlete and a sports enthusiast, as seen in his commitment to enabling Filipino Athletes through Inspire Sports Academy. His competitive nature and humble demeanor has definitely injected a lot of positive impact in the community and beyond.
