A Day of Learning at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas!

NU Baliwag’s 3rd-year Financial Management students embarked on an enriching Industry Familiarization Tour at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on February 18, 2025. The visit provided them with firsthand knowledge of the crucial role BSP plays in ensuring financial stability in the country.

During the tour, students explored key aspects of monetary policies, currency production, and security features that safeguard the Philippine financial system. They learned about the intricate process of designing, printing, and minting Philippine currency, deepening their understanding of the country’s economic landscape.

This immersive experience allowed students to bridge theoretical concepts from their coursework with real-world financial operations, equipping them with valuable insights that will benefit their future careers in the finance industry.
