Mr.Rufino C. Oliva or Sir Raffy to the National University community, is the Executive Director of NU Baliwag.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.

Sir Raffy is a seasoned professional with vast knowledge and experience in hotel, restaurant, and bar operations management, event planning, entrepreneurship, training and recruitment, human resource development, research, and teaching major courses in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

From 2016-2020 he was the Dean of the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Presently, he is the Executive Director of NU Baliwag where he is responsible for the operations of both Administration and Academic Divisions.

Sir Raffy is well-loved by his colleagues, peers, and students for being an admirable, responsible, committed, and passionate leader in the National University Community.
