National University proudly participated in the International Coastal Clean-up at SM By the Bay last September 21, 2024, a global initiative to protect our planet’s incredible coastlines. Our team of enthusiastic students, and employees worked together to collect tons of trash and debris, making a significant impact on our coastal community.

As part of the Nationalian Environmental Actions for Tomorrow (NEAT) Coast Project, one of its goals is to support initiatives that mitigate effects of marine/coastal pollution.

The International Coastal Clean-up 2024 is organized by SM Cares, the corporate social responsibility arm of SM Supermalls.

One of their fundamental advocacies is promoting responsible solid waste management, information, and education campaigns and community partnership that promote care for the environment. A flagship initiative in championing this cause is the International Coastal Clean-up. This occasion underscores our unwavering commitment to creating impact to our environment.
