Kings of UAAP Taekwondo: NU completes five-peat bid
The NU Bulldogs took their fifth consecutive championship in the UAAP Season 86 Collegiate Taekwondo after defeating UST last November 29, Wednesday at the Marikina Sports Complex. NU with a 3-4 start, stained UST’s 4-0 record, disregarding the latter’s automatic 1-0 lead in the final series. NU Pep Squad secures UAAP podium finish
The NU Pep Squad’s Elvis Presley-inspired routine earned a silver trophy in the UAAP Season 86 Cheerdance Competition, December 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The Jhocson-based squad rocked the dance floor and set the bar high with their renowned jaw-dropping stunts and tosses under the rendition of its new mentor, Coach Gab Bajacan.
