Position:
Food Court Manager
Overview:
The Food Court Manager shall manage, oversee and control the operation of the entire food court branch in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenants and customer relations, as well as coordinate with different Functional Heads including Marketing, Leasing and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court operations to the mall
Requirement
The Restaurant Operations Manager – Food Court must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Nutrition, or Business Studies/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
The candidate must have 5 years of working experience in a managerial capacity in the field of Hospitality/Tourism, Food, Beverage or Restaurant Service and/or Food Industry
The candidate must also be knowledgeable in tenant relations, marketing and various functions in business operations and management.
