The BSTM students from NU MOA went to Microtel for their first hotel immersion as part of their training ground. They attended a session to learn more about the various aspects of the hotel that can be added to their knowledge. Additionally, they conducted a tour of the hotel, exploring its different areas to become acquainted with typical features. Moreover, the students spent a night at the hotel, experiencing firsthand what it’s like to be a guest. This experience will help them empathize with guests and enhance their ability to meet guest expectations in their future industry roles. As Julius Caesar once stated, “Experience is the best teacher.
