Josefina González-San Miguel, or Doc Nina to the National University community is the Academic Director of NU Laguna.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English minor in Public Relations and Industrial Communications from St. Paul University Manila, obtained a masters degree in Education major in English from Philippine Christian University where she graduated Summa cum Laude, and got her PhD in Management major in School Management from Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba where she also graduated Summa cum Laude.

Doc Nina has a wealth of experience in research, strategic planning, corporate

communications, marketing management, project management, leadership development, and curriculum planning.

As Academic Director, she oversees and supervises the SHS, Collegiate, and grad school departments, and provides leadership and overall direction of the academic and developmental education curricula.
