NU Baliwag’s Academic and Administrative Support Personnel, together with the Faculty, recently took part in a meaningful Tree Planting Activity in Peñabata, Pulilan, Bulacan — a shared commitment to sustainability and community engagement.

The initiative was led by the Community Extension Office, Academe-Industry Linkages Office, Alumni Affairs Office, and Guidance Services Office, in collaboration with MENRO Pulilan.

A total of 50 fruit-bearing seedlings were planted as part of this collective effort supporting key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

• SDG 13: Climate Action

• SDG 15: Life on Land

• SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

This endeavor highlights NU Baliwag’s dedication not only to academic excellence but also to environmental responsibility and civic partnership. Together, we take root in service — growing stronger, greener, and more united as a community.
